We offer a wide variety of trophies, including sports trophies, academic trophies, corporate awards, and more. You can browse our selection on our website or visit our store for more options.

Yes, we offer customization services for our trophies and awards. You can provide us with your own design or logo, and we will work with you to create a personalized trophy that meets your needs.

We also have a full line of plaques, glass, crystal, and acrylic awards for all different recognition occasions, such as academics, sports, dance, golf, corporate awards, employee recognitions, and many personalized gift options.  And, lastly, we have an ever-changing gift shop for your birthday, holiday, or just because gifts and maybe an "I want to treat myself to something nice" occasions.

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. The more you order, the greater the discount. We believe in passing along our case pricing discount to our customers. Contact us for more information on bulk pricing.

Our normal turn around time is 5-7 working days.  For large quantity orders, more time will be needed.  We make every effort to meet your event needs: therefore, it is important to provide us with not only your desired pickup date, but also your event date.

Yes, we offer rush orders for an additional fee.  The availability of rush orders will depend on the current workload and the complexity of the order.  Please contact us for more information about rush orders.

Custom based orders cannot be returned, and no refunds will be given due to the customization nature of the item. If your order is wrong, or has an error when you receive it, we will do everything possible to have it corrected in time for your event. If the error is the responsibility of Classic Choice Awards & Gifts, we will correct your order, replace it with the same or like item, then send it out as soon as possible, with no additional charge to you, however we do not offer refunds on custom orders. 

If the error is the responsibility of the customer, we will correct it for a redo fee plus shipping costs.  This cost is established on a case-by-case basis.

Payment is required at the time of purchase, unless the customer has an approved credit application on file. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced and final payment will be due net 30-days with a 5% monthly late fee beginning the first day of the month following the 30-day due date.  

No, quite the opposite. We offer our customers 5% discount for payments of cash, check, money order, or ACH payments. It is encouraged for you to set up Classic Choice Awards & Gifts in your own bank's bill pay online so you can make your payments and never miss the 5% discounts.  If payment comes through your bank account to ours, please note your order processing will begin upon receipt of the payment.

Classic Choice Awards & Gifts will implement a $35.00 NSF fee on any returned check and any credit card disputed transactions. Prior to contacting your bank, we encourage you to contact Classic Choice Awards & Gifts in regard to any issue with your credit card transactions. It is very possible the dispute is an easy clerical or administrative error and can be corrected without additional fees.  If the customer does not contact us first, note there is a 1.5% per month fee assessed until resolved and the payment has been paid in full.


Classic Choice Awards & Gifts does reserve the right to modify pricing.  Our catalogs are printed in advance and such things as "Tariffs" can increase pricing above what the catalog states.  By doing business with us you agree to these terms.
